In our latest points update a number of NI Points Champions have been crowned.

In the Superstox 914 Lee Davison has retained his Mk2 Escort Shells & Spares NI Points Championship by 19 points over 944 Jordan Robinson and 988 Sean Mark who finish tied for second spot. Davison also leads the NIOvalTV Series after two rounds ahead of 987 Paddy Murphy and Mark, and after just one meeting of the 2020 World Championship qualifying campaign Lee also tops the standings over 955 Kyle Beattie.

133 Steven Haugh has been crowned Ryan Wright Signs ProStocks NI Points Champion ahead of 258 Dan Shannon and 8 Sam Stewart. Their focus will now be towards the upcoming World Cup at Aghadowey Oval on September 28th.

Dublin's 143 Paul O'Connor took victory in the Rookie Bangers DMC Points Championship, stealing in at the final round to pip 4 Josh Goligher to the title. This chart will supply the seeds for the World Championship at Ipswich in November.

One of the most intriguing battles this season has been the World Championship Qualifying Points for the Lightning Rods. 977 Jordan Rochford and 902 Nigel Jackson have been neck and neck all season with Jordan just coming out on top by a mere three points after a full year of racing. Once our allocation of places for the World Final next month at Tipperary has been finalised, our qualifiers will come from this chart.

Finally, after the latest round of the Cirrus Plastics DMC Championship for National Hot Rods, 54 Adam Hylands holds a nine point lead over 20 Derek Martin.

To view the latest points, click on 'Drivers' in the menu bar above, then 'Points & Grades' and then select the desired formula from the drop down menu. All drivers should note that their correct grading colour should be applied as laid down in their formula's Rules & Regulations. Checks will be carried out over the coming meetings and offenders may be forced to start from the rear of the field.
