Back To Basics really are what it says on the tin - Back To Basics - with cars running 'on the key', dashboards can be left in, no additional welding permitted and bonnets and boots etc can only be tied with seat belt to secure. Events are normally run for under 1800c petrol cars and under 2000cc non-turbo diesel cars. The Ford Focus and Mondeo or any Honda powered cars are not permitted.
This formula is designed as the fun Banger class ideal for those just starting out or those drivers who want to race with a limited budget.
